Fitness Kids has been working with children of all ages and their families for several years, and have achieved fantastic results on a one to one personal basis.
An initial consultation is undertaken with the child/children and parent, where it is most convenient. In most cases this can take place in the family home.
On identifying the needs of the child and the areas that are of concern, whatever the needs may be; fitness levels, weight loss, health; improved skills, strengthening or even anxiety issues over sport, Fitness Kids provide a personal training programme to work with the child and parents to see the child reaching their goals.
