Fitness Kids provides a fun approach to yoga. Yoga is a very powerful tool and increases a child’s strength, co-ordination, flexibility and relaxation. Children do not need to be a certain age starting yoga, starting young allows to maintain the flexibility it was born with, and encourages self esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s non-competitive.
Fitness Kids Yoga technique includes all the elements of Hatha that incorporates Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), relaxation and meditation.
Fitness Kids teaches children of all age groups, either one to one or in groups. On a one to one yoga may be incorporated into other fitness activities designed personally for the child.
