Fitness Kids will work alongside the parents in providing a selection of services that can benefit both parents and their children.
Our day courses offer parents the opportunity to explore, learn, and take into the family relevant skills and knowledge on fitness and creative imagination. Opportunities are also available to meet other like minded families to discuss and share in the development of their children’s needs.
Time is of essence in being a parent and keeping your own fitness levels healthy is essential while managing the family day to day life. This can lead to personal fitness goals becoming neglected as our children often become our priority at our own expense. At Fitness Kids we offer the chance to keep fit or get back to fitness. We can train you in your own home or at a location with other mothers, contact us for local venues. We also offer training and classes in an environment where child care doesn’t become an issue.

What an excellent service, I was feeling isolated and unfit after being at home with my child and although enjoying motherhood, I didn’t want to join a gym. Fitness Kids came to my home each morning and motivated me in simple exercises to start with, while my 2 year old watched and played. We engaged in yoga to begin with for strength and to improve flexibility, and then went forward into a cardio programme over several weeks.
